Mr. Richard E. Stacey has been an instrumental figure in South Florida’s nursing home community for over 35 years, having successfully led a multi-community company which develops and operates various nursing home communities throughout southeast Florida. In addition to Victoria Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, he is co-owner and founder of Riviera Health Resort, Riverside Rehabilitation Center and Southgate Medical of Florida. Stacey’s unparalleled industry experience, dedication and vision will poise Riviera Health Resort as the newest prototype for future nursing facilities in Florida. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Health Planning and Administration from the University of Cincinnati.

Ms. Enriquez has been a Registered Nurse for over 23 years. Her primary practice areas have included Adult and Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care, Emergency Room, Hemodialysis/Peritoneal Dialysis, Telemetry and Long Term Care Nursing. Enriquez previously served as Director of Nursing for five years at Riviera Nursing, the predecessor of Riviera Health Resort. She received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University San Carlos in Cebu City, Philippines.

Dr. Elias-Reyes holds over 25 years of experience in the medical field, having served in various surgical and administrative capacities, including the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and Baptist Health System. He currently serves as Risk Manager of Victoria Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

Mr. Francisco Javier Alvarado provides psychological support for the patients and residents of Victoria Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. With over 15 years of experience in the medical field, he offers expertise in psychosocial assessments, educating staff and developing policies that ensure the Center is meeting the physical, emotional and social needs of the residents. He previously worked at Heartland of Kendall and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Florida International University.
